By accessing or using Zenflo’s website or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Accounts & KYC

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You may be required to complete KYC and provide documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, and Driver’s License where applicable.

4. Services & Payments

Bookings, rentals, deposits, fees, and applicable taxes are shown in the app. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge your selected payment method.

5. Fees, Deposits & Refunds

Some services require security deposits. Refunds (where applicable) are processed in accordance with our policies and applicable law. Processing times may vary by payment provider and bank.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to interfere with the integrity or security of the platform or vehicles.
• No misuse of another person’s data or account.

7. Vehicle Use (if applicable)

• Use vehicles in accordance with law and safety guidelines.
• You are responsible for fines, penalties, and damages arising from misuse or negligence.
• Report incidents and accidents promptly through the app or support channels.

8. User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not post or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy or legal violations, to protect users and the platform, or as required by law.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Flo Solutions Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
